Stem Cell Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Stem Cell Laboratory Technician to support our clinical operations. This role is critical to the quality and safety of our biologic procedures. You will be responsible for specimen handling, processing support, equipment management, and meticulous recordkeeping in line with our SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine stem cell isolation, culture, expansion, cryopreservation, and cell counting.
• Assist with MSC processing and characterization.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and laboratory quality standards.
• Perform cell viability, sterility, and quality-control testing.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Support research, clinical manufacturing, and process-development activities.
• Follow SOPs, GMP/GLP principles, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture preferred.
• Experience with stem cells, flow cytometry, cell counting, or GMP laboratory practices is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and the scope of engagement. Rate will reflect technical background and depth of cell-processing or lab experience.

Pay: $27.50 - $45.00 per hour

• Laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture : 1 year (Preferred)
• stem cells, flow cytometry, cell counting, or GMP : 1 year (Preferred)
