Program Overview

This is a 2-year structured Management Trainee Program designed specifically for Engineering graduates.

During the program, you will:

• Rotate across 2–3 different roles/functions to gain end-to-end business exposure

Upon successful completion, you will be assigned to a permanent role based on your performance and business needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering only
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience only
