STEM COORDINATOR

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and growing STEM, Robotics and Innovation programmes, including programme planning, class delivery, trainer coordination, student development, enrolment and STEM activities.

Key responsibilities:-

• Plan and coordinate STEM, Robotics and Innovation programmes.
• Prepare programme calendars, class schedules, lesson plans and learning activities.
• Conduct STEM and Robotics classes when required.
• Monitor students' learning progress, engagement and development.
• Coordinate and supervise STEM and Robotics trainers.
• Support student enrolment, enquiries, trial classes and programme promotion.
• Develop and coordinate weekend programmes, school holiday workshops and STEM bootcamps.
• Prepare and guide students for STEM and Robotics competitions.
• Guide students in robotics, coding, engineering, AI and innovation projects.
• Support STEM activities, exhibitions, events and school programmes.

Requirement:-

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM, Robotics, Computer Science, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in STEM, Robotics or education programmes.
• Experience conducting STEM or Robotics classes.
• Experience in programme coordination, student projects or competitions is preferred.
• Robotics, Coding or STEM certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about STEM education, innovation and student development.
