STEM Instructor

Role Overview
TEEMS Global is seeking enthusiastic and passionate STEAM Instructor to deliver engaging and interactive STEAM programmes for students. This role involves leading hands-on activities, introducing coding concepts, and delivering creative, project based learning experiences in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with students, have a strong interest in technology and education, and be able to combine technical knowledge with creativity to inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead STEAM classes, workshops and activity sessions for students
• Teach coding concepts using block based and beginner friendly platforms
• Deliver interactive, project based lessons that encourage creativity and problem solving
• Guide, support and mentor students throughout activities and projects
• Create and maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure all sessions are delivered safely and in line with safeguarding expectations
• Communicate effectively with students, parents and the wider TEEMS Global team
• Support the setup and pack down of equipment and learning materials
• Contribute ideas for new activities, projects and lesson development

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Education or a related field
• Knowledge of coding fundamentals and experience with block based coding platforms
• Valid police clearance / background check document preferred (if unavailable initially, candidates will be required to obtain one upon selection)
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Thailand or hold a valid work permit that permits them to undertake the relevant role.
• Ability and willingness to travel to different schools or camp locations within Thailand
• Experience working with students in an educational, camp or activity setting is desirable
• Passion for education and youth development
