🚀 We're Hiring! STEM Instructors for CHIPS | Bay Area

CHIPS , the educational arm of inteRFace R&D , is growing, and we're looking for passionate, confident, and independent instructors to join our team!

At CHIPS by inteRFace R&D, we believe kids shouldn't just learn how to use technology - they should learn how to build it. Through hands-on activities, we introduce children to electronics, engineering, coding, and creative problem-solving.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience teaching or working with children - required
• Technical background in STEM, electronics, engineering, or coding - a plus
• Confidence and independence in leading a classroom
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons using our structured lesson plans
• A proactive, responsible, and creative mindset - someone who takes initiative and thinks beyond the instructions
• Passion for education, technology, and inspiring young minds

What we offer:

🔹 Ready-to-use lesson plans, equipment, and educational materials

🔹 Small groups and a hands-on learning environment

🔹 Flexible teaching opportunities in the Bay Area

🔹 An opportunity to grow with an expanding educational initiative

We're looking for more than someone who can follow a lesson plan. We want instructors who can take ownership of their classroom, spark curiosity, and make learning an exciting experience.
