Position: STEM Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite - 2 Days/Week)

Duration: 6 Months

Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Hours: 35 Hours/Week

Rate: $90-$110/Hour (Max)

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide STEM domain expertise to research and engineering teams.
• Review and evaluate research outputs for technical accuracy and quality.
• Support the development and refinement of research methodologies.
• Analyze scientific literature, technical documentation, and industry resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex research problems.
• Document findings and provide recommendations to improve research outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or equivalent degree in a STEM discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering, scientific research, or related technical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA, two days per week.
