Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled STEM Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The trainer will conduct STEM workshops, classroom sessions, projects, and activity-based learning programs for students.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children and young learners, comfortable with hands-on activities, and able to simplify technical concepts through practical demonstrations and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct STEM classes, workshops, camps, and activity-based learning sessions for students.
• Deliver engaging lessons in areas such as robotics, electronics, coding, programming, IoT, science experiments, engineering design, 3D printing, or other STEM topics.
• Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, project instructions, and training materials.
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, age-appropriate, and engaging manner.
• Facilitate hands-on projects and encourage students to explore, experiment, design, and problem-solve.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Assess student participation, learning outcomes, and project performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/teachers when required.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and safely use STEM equipment and learning kits.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, robotics, electronics, and technical issues during sessions.
• Support STEM exhibitions, competitions, hackathons, science fairs, and special events.
• Coordinate with schools, teachers, and the Program Manager to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Continuously learn and adopt new STEM technologies, tools, teaching methodologies, and project ideas.

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one or more STEM areas such as:

• Ability to explain technical concepts to students in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Willingness to travel to schools or training locations, if required.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Technology, Science, M Tech, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical STEM skills and relevant training experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Experience teaching or training school students.
• Experience working with schools, educational institutions, STEM labs, makerspaces, or ed-tech organizations.
• Experience conducting robotics, coding, electronics, science, or innovation workshops.
• Experience working with students from different age groups.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
