Job Overview:

Brainy n Bright is looking for a passionate and energetic STEM Trainer to join our team in New Jersey, USA. If you enjoy teaching, technology, hands-on learning, and inspiring young minds, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive STEM sessions for students.
• Deliver hands-on learning through robotics, coding, engineering, science, and technology projects.
• Teach age-appropriate concepts using project-based and experiential learning methods.
• Work with platforms and technologies such as LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Scratch, and similar tools.
• Plan and conduct STEM workshops, camps, after-school programs, and school sessions.
• Create and update lesson plans, activities, and STEM curriculum content.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in STEM teaching, training, or education.
• Strong knowledge of STEM concepts, robotics, coding, or technology.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with students of different ages and learning levels.
• Passion for education, technology, and hands-on learning.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, VEX, Scratch, Python, or similar platforms.
• Experience conducting STEM workshops, camps, or after-school programs.
• Experience working with K–12 students.
• Strong presentation, organization, and classroom engagement skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
