Overview:

Sterile Processing Manager / Reprocessing Services Manager

Job Title: Manager, Reprocessing Services (Sterile Processing Manager).

Location: West Bloomfield, MI

Contract: 14 Weeks

Shifts: Schedule: M-F, 6:00am - 16:30pm, evenings, and weekends as needed

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Sterile Processing experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Previous Sterile Processing Manager experience required .

Required Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 10 years of Sterile Processing experience with certification.
• Current CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) certification required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

PAY DETAILS:

Hourly Pay; $50 - $60/hr

Highly accomplished Sterile Processing Manager with 10+ years of progressive Central Sterile Services leadership experience overseeing decontamination, instrument processing, sterilization, inventory management, quality assurance, and surgical services support. Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, departmental budgets, staff education, and complex surgical specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, Robotics, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Urology, GYN, Plastics, and General Surgery. CRCST certified with a strong track record of operational excellence, patient safety, and process improvement.
