St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, a partnership between Tower Health and Drexel University, is a 188-bed facility that provides exceptional care to children throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and surrounding counties.

The role of the Sterile Processing Tech is to fulfill various ancillary functions such as the processing of used surgical instrumentation, assembling and wrapping packs, restocking storage areas and relieving other aides. Receive and dispense supplies and equipment. Perform cleaning, assembling, preparation and sterilizing duties in Central Sterile Processing as directed.

Monday - Friday; Evening Shift 3p - 11:30p with rotating weekends and holidays.

Education Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
