Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Pay: $30 - $33/hr

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) to join our healthcare team in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong sterile processing experience and knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization procedures, and infection control standards.

Job Duties

• Clean, disinfect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Prepare surgical instrument trays and supplies for procedures.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and proper condition.
• Operate sterilization and sterile processing equipment safely.
• Properly store and distribute sterilized instruments and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years Sterile Processing Technician experience
• HSPA/IAHCSMM certification
• BLS certification

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
