Sterilization Technician

Sterilization Technician — Be Part of Something Bigger

Illuminate Family & Cosmetic Dentistry | Cincinnati, OH

We’re not looking for someone to simply “help in hygiene.”

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that is changing the way patients experience dentistry.

At Illuminate Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we believe oral health is connected to whole-body health. We’re growing, evolving, and building a 3-year vision for a more comprehensive, concierge-style patient experience.

We’re looking for a sterilization tech who is organized, energetic, compassionate, and excited to learn.

In this role, you’ll help:

• Support our hygienists in providing an exceptional patient experience
• Prepare and turn over hygiene operatories
• Assist with sterilization and maintaining a smooth clinical flow
• Help with patient records
• Keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently
• Work closely with our hygiene team
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• Someone interested in dental and whole-body health
• Someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Someone who thrives as part of a team
• Someone who is curious and eager to learn
• Someone who is excited about growth and being part of something bigger

You don’t have to know everything. We can teach skills.

What we can’t teach is your attitude, your work ethic, and the way you make people feel.

If you’re looking for a dental office where you can grow, contribute, and be part of building the future of dentistry, we’d love to meet you.

Come help us Illuminate what’s next.

Apply today and tell us why you think you’d be a great addition to our team.
