What they need
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to be assigned in a 4-star hotel in Ortigas Pasig.
Key responsibilities
- Washing, sanitizing and organizing kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen work surfaces, floors, walls and storage areas throughout shift operations
- Managing the efficient disposal of kitchen waste and recycling materials
- Operating and maintaining kitchen cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines
- Supporting the kitchen team during peak service periods
- Reporting any maintenance issues or equipment damage to management
- Adhering to all food safety, hygiene protocols and company policies at all times
