What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans the tableware (utensils, glasses/cups, plates, bowls) and kitchen tools and equipment daily.
- Does spot cleaning of all areas that need to be cleaned.
- Checks the chemical in the dishwashing machine and checks if it is in good condition and volume.
- Observes cleanliness in the working station.
- Adheres to the company standard of hygiene and sanitation
- Assists in monitoring and labeling all kitchen stocks.
- Aware of chemical labels, use, dilution, and safety.
- Performs any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head chef.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Educational Qualifications
At least High School Graduate or Vocational Short Courses.
- Work Experience
At least 1 year experience
- Skills
Efficient, organized and good cleaning and sanitation skills.
