Steward

The Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the F&B team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
• Serve food and beverages as instructed by the Captain or Supervisor.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guest use.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, buffet, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
• Support buffet setup and replenishment whenever required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Assist senior team members during busy periods, events, banquets, and special functions.
• Handle guest requests professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B Service teams for smooth operations.
• Report damaged equipment, shortages, spills, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
