Job Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize plates, utensils, cookware, kitchen equipment, and other food service items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and assigned work areas.
• Ensure that clean utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment are properly stored and readily available.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other basic kitchen support tasks.
• Properly dispose of garbage and kitchen waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain proper segregation and disposal of waste.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining adequate supplies of cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Perform other cleaning and kitchen support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, or similar position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal procedures is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to handle repetitive cleaning and washing tasks.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
