Maintains good quality of clean China and silverware by follow the correct washing and handling procedure. รักษาคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์ทั้งเซรามิคและเครื่องเงินให้อยู่ในสภาพดีตลอดเวลา

Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness. รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นอยู่เสมอเพื่อให้การปฏิงานเป็นไปด้วยความปลอดภัย Follow safety and energy conservation procedure. ระมัดระวังในเรื่องการการใช้ไฟฟ้าให้คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นหลัก

Report any hazard condition to supervisor or manager.ถ้าพบเหตุการณ์ ที่ไม่ปลอดภัยต่อการทำงานให้แจ้งหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการทันที

Follow chemical usage & safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear. ใช้น้ำยาเคมีด้วยความระมัดระวังและถูกต้องตามประเภทและสวมใส่อุปกีณ์ป้องกันทุกครั้ง

Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation areas & equipment, to include the correct temperature of dish washing machine. รักษาความสะอาดของบริเวณพื้นที่เตรียมอาหารและรวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ และควบคุมอุณภูมิของเครื่องล้างจานให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานกำหนด

Responsible for proper cleaning & storage of all China, Glass, Silver & service equipment.จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ ถ้วยชามและเครื่องเงิน เครื่องแก้วอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย

Responsible for the cleanliness of floor wall, ceiling and exhaust hoods, to include the removal of trash to garbage room. รักษาความสะอาดของพื้น ผนังและปล่องระบายอากาศ Responsible for the refill of hand soap and paper towel in Food and Beverage areas. คอยเติมสบู่ล้างมือและกระดาษเช็ดมือ

Responsible for the removal of all broken glass, to be disposed in safe manner. เคลื่อนย้ายวัสดุที่แตกหักด้วยความระมัดระวังและปลอดภัย

Maintains a safe work environment by the constant attention to floor cleanliness & the safe operation of cleaning equipment and tools. รักษาบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยโดยการรักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงานและอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ตลอดเวลา

Follow all job safety regulations and reports all hazards are reported to Steward Supervisors. ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบความปลอดภัยและรายงานต่อหัวหน้าทันทีเมื่อพบว่าเกิดความไม่ปลอดภัย
