About the role
Hubble Restaurant is looking for a hardworking and reliable Steward to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the Kitchen and Back of House areas.
Key responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and Back of House areas
- Ensure clean equipment and utensils are properly stored
- Assist with waste management and disposal
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Support the Kitchen Team during daily operations
- Follow company cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures
About you
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) preferred
- Previous experience as a Steward is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Hardworking, responsible, and disciplined
- Good awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Able to work under pressure
- Good teamwork
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
