Nirvana Grand Hotel & Resort is looking for polite, energetic and service-oriented Stewards to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in our restaurant and through room service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating in the restaurant.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
• Provide room service, including taking/delivering orders to guest rooms and collecting used trays and crockery.
• Set up and clear restaurant tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Be familiar with menu items and answer basic guest questions regarding dishes.
• Handle guest requests courteously and inform the supervisor about any complaints or special requirements.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware and other service equipment are handled carefully.
• Assist during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets and other hotel functions when required.
• Follow hotel grooming, hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Help create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience for every guest.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward / Waiter / F&B Service Associate in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Polite and presentable with good communication skills.
• Basic Hindi required; basic English communication will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable interacting directly with hotel guests.
• Must be punctual, disciplined and willing to work in shifts.
• Should be comfortable with room service and carrying food/service trays.

Experience: Fresher to 2+ years
Education: 10th / 12th pass or above

We are looking for candidates with a guest-first attitude who can provide prompt, courteous and professional service in both the restaurant and guest rooms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
