What they need
- Maintain Cleanliness: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils using a 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwashing machinery.
- Sanitize Workstations: Sweep, mop, and polish floors in the kitchen, bar, and dining areas, ensuring all food preparation spaces meet strict hygiene standards.
- Waste Management: Empty, clean, and sort trash, recycling, and compost containers into their designated disposal areas.
- Support Service Staff: Assist front-of-house staff by restocking service stations with clean napkins, utensils, plates, and glassware.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate, clean, and perform basic checks on kitchen equipment, tracking chemical levels for dishwashers and sanitizers.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to local health department codes, environmental health and safety (EHS) policies, and company sanitation protocols.
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
