Job Description

North Willow Consulting is hiring Restaurant Stewards for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

We are looking for candidates with restaurant service experience who are comfortable with table service, guest assistance and day-to-day restaurant floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proper table service to guests
• Assist guests during dining
• Serve food and beverages as instructed
• Clear and reset tables after service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables
• Coordinate with Captains and other service team members
• Support smooth restaurant floor operations
• Maintain basic hygiene and service standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant service experience
• Experience as a Steward or in a similar restaurant service role preferred
• Basic knowledge of table service and restaurant operations
• Polite and presentable with good guest-handling skills
• Bengali, Hindi and English communication preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month, in hand
Weekly Off: Rotational
