Key ResponsibilitiesFor F&B / Dining Stewards

• Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly, present clean menus, and assist with seating or basic inquiries.
• Table Management: Set up tables with proper linens, cutlery, glassware, and seasonal centerpieces; clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
• Service Assistance: Support waitstaff by refilling water/drinks, delivering beverages, and stocking side stations with napkins, trays, and condiments.
• Warewashing: Clean, wash, and sanitize all plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Sanitation & Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and food preparation areas according to health codes.
• Stock & Waste Management: Keep service lines stocked with clean wares, manage trash disposal, and organize storage areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Higher secondary education (10+2) or a diploma/certificate in hospitality/hotel management (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy trays or equipment for long periods during active shifts.
• Soft Skills: Friendly demeanor, strong teamwork, and clear communication skills.
• Compliance: Strict adherence to workplace hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
