Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, service areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in preparing cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
• Refill water and other table requirements as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist the kitchen and F&B team when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment and supplies.
• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
