What they need
Job Title: Steward
Location: DMCC, Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Steward, preferably in hotels, restaurants, hospitality, or catering.
- Experience in washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, dishes, and cookware.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitization, and hygiene procedures.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Experience with dishwashing machines and basic kitchen cleaning equipment is preferred.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow health and safety procedures.
- Ability to assist with waste disposal and maintain proper waste segregation.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
