Job Summary

We are seeking well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

The Steward will play a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks as per restaurant standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and organized at all times
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints politely
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Assist in billing and payment processes if required
• Ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of restaurant service standards
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass

Knowledge & Expertise

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with table setup and service etiquette
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Awareness of POS systems and billing (preferred)
