Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed Steward to manage guest service, food pickup, and day-to-day restaurant service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and other requirements.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Pick up food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery to the tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Attend to guest queries, requests, and complaints politely.
• Ensure tables are properly arranged, cleaned, and ready for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, and other service items are properly arranged and available.
• Work with team members to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
• Follow restaurant service standards, grooming guidelines, and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to manage guests and handle service requests efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service and hygiene.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
