About us
Gosamē is a premium Korean restaurant in Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. We serve grilled mackerel and stir-fried spicy squid on platters made for sharing. Our Bukit Tunku restaurant seats about 100 and is open 11AM to 11PM, every day.

The job
A restaurant runs on clean plates. You keep every platter, bowl and pot ready for the next table, and you keep the kitchen clean and safe.

• Wash, sanitise and return platters, stainless-steel rice bowls, cutlery and cookware throughout service
• Keep the dish area, kitchen floors, drains and bins clean during and after service
• Clear and sort returns from the floor quickly at peak hours
• Take out rubbish and recycling on schedule
• Receive deliveries and help put stock away when needed
• Follow the cleaning checklists in our staff app and tick each task when it is done
• Close the kitchen properly at night

You

• Fit, quick and happy to work on your feet
• Reliable: you come on time and finish the checklist
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Experience in a restaurant kitchen or dishwashing is a plus. No experience is fine; we train you.
• Malaysian or holding a valid work permit

What you get

• RM 2,000-3,000 basic salary
• Performance allowance of up to RM 200 a month
• Overtime paid at 1.5×
• One staff meal every shift
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS
• Annual leave, sick leave and public holidays as provided by law
• 6 days a week on a shift roster, with 1 rest day
• Clear checklists and a team that works together

Before you start
You need a Food Handler Training certificate and a typhoid vaccination. If you do not have them yet, tell us and we will help you arrange them.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
