• Welcome guests warmly with a smile and polite tone.
• Keep track of waiting guests and update them on estimated wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables in an organized and timely manner.
• Provide menus and introduce the server when possible.
• Take orders and make sure food is served within timeline.
• Inform kitchen staff if large parties or special requests arrive.
• Handle guest inquiries politely (menu questions, directions to washroom, etc.).
• Address minor complaints or direct them to a manager if necessary.
• Assist elderly, disabled, or families with children by seating them in suitable areas.
• Thank guests for visiting when they leave, take google reviews from clients.
• Maintain proper dress code and grooming.
• Stay calm and polite even during rush hours.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
