Steward - Pasay

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for preparing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
• Assist in waste management by disposing of garbage and recyclables appropriately.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ingredient storage.
• Handle deliveries and store kitchen supplies properly.
• Assist in setting up workstations for chefs as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
