Stewarding Supervisor

Shangri-La Boracay Located in the country’s premier beach destination, Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. DUTIES Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.

Requirements

• Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity is an advantage.
• Strong background in F&B Service and Operations.
• A self-starter, must be guest-oriented, with an eye for details, has an initiative and anticipation.
• Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is a plus.
• A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
