Stewarding Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• To supervise, monitor and inspect the performance of the Stewarding team members to ensure that all daily work is completed to the Hotel standards
• Be knowledgeable about the wares and equipment used in the Kitchens, their cleaning and sanitization procedures.
• Assign and coordinate Stewards to the respective work areas. Communicate changes or further instructions as they arise throughout the shift
• Inspect cleanliness and organization of the Stewarding working areas and storage areas regularly in accordance with the standards in place

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with team spirit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
