Stickering Team-Leader

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Stickering Team Leader to supervise our stickering/labeling team and ensure that products are correctly labeled, packed, and completed according to company quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stickering team
• Assign tasks and monitor team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure stickers/labels are applied correctly, neatly, and according to specifications
• Check product labels for accuracy, placement, quantity, and overall quality
• Ensure daily production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor materials such as stickers, labels, packaging supplies, and other production requirements
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective products
• Train new team members on proper stickering procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area
• Complete production records and report daily output and issues to the supervisor/manager

About you

• Previous experience in stickering, labeling, packing, warehouse, or production operations is preferred
• Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify labeling errors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily targets
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team
• Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required
