STMS / Loader Operator – Civil Development Site

The Role

This is a dual-role position, with responsibilities across traffic management and loader operation on a busy civil development site.

You will be required to manage site traffic when needed, while also operating a loader and assisting with general civil works.

What We're Looking For

• Current STMS Category A qualification – essential
• WTR endorsement – essential
• Proven loader operating experience
• Civil construction or development experience
• Strong understanding of site safety
• Able to work confidently around heavy machinery
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude
