Stock Associate

Charlotte's growing fast and so are we. We're hiring full-time Stock Associates to help keep one of the busiest stores in the Queen City running like clockwork.

This is the role that keeps everything moving behind the scenes. Deliveries land, boxes get opened, product hits the floor, and customers find exactly what they came in for. If you like staying active, take pride in a tidy stockroom, and get satisfaction from a job done properly, you'll fit right in.

Full-time hours, weekly pay, paid training, and a real path into senior stockroom, keyholder, or sales floor roles.

The Role

• Receiving and checking deliveries against packing lists
• Unpacking, tagging, and prepping product for the floor
• Replenishing the sales floor so displays stay full
• Keeping the stockroom clean, organized, and safe
• Running cycle counts and helping with stock takes
• Processing returns, transfers, and damaged goods
• Pulling stock for customers and supporting the sales team
• Following health and safety guidelines when lifting and moving product

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Like staying active and being on your feet
• Take pride in keeping things organized
• Pay attention to detail
• Can lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
• Work well in a team but can crack on solo
• Are reliable and punctual
• Are available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Are comfortable with handheld scanners and inventory systems or willing to learn
