Stock Associate

We're hiring full-time Stock Associates in El Paso and we need reliable, hardworking people to help keep our store running smoothly. Whether you've worked in a stockroom, warehouse, or you're brand new to retail, we'll train you up from day one. What matters most is showing up ready to work, staying organized, and getting the job done properly.

The Day-to-Day

• Unloading deliveries and checking product against packing lists
• Unpacking, tagging, and prepping items for the sales floor
• Keeping shelves and displays stocked throughout the day
• Organizing the stockroom so everything is easy to find
• Helping with stock counts and inventory checks
• Processing returns, transfers, and damaged goods
• Pulling items for customers when the sales team needs a hand
• Following safety guidelines when lifting and moving product

The Right Fit

• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of the job
• Comfortable being on your feet and staying active all shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organized with a good eye for detail
• Works well in a team and can also crack on solo
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus for our El Paso customer base
• Open to learning handheld scanners and basic inventory systems

Experience as a Stock Associate, Warehouse Associate, Retail Associate, Inventory Clerk, or in delivery and logistics is a plus but not required. Full paid training is provided from your first shift.
