Stock Associate

Although the job title is Stock Associate, this is a face-to-face retail sales position and does not involve warehouse work, inventory management, shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, or backroom duties.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you'll work directly with customers on the sales floor, helping them find the right products, explaining promotions, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. This role is focused on customer engagement, retail sales, and relationship building, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

Sales Floor Support

• Maintain attractive, organized, and customer-ready merchandise displays.
• Ensure promotional signage and featured products are presented effectively.
• Keep the sales floor clean, welcoming, and visually appealing.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages repeat business.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
