Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Stock shelves accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are properly displayed and accessible for customers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Assist with product packaging, labeling, and organizing merchandise for easy retrieval and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading goods safely while following proper manual handling practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure retail store product knowledge is up-to-date and merchandising standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate inventory management systems, RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and safe lifting practices throughout shifts.
• Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Pay: $23.08 - $27.79 per hour
