Stock Associate

Fast hands, sharp eye, good energy? We are hiring full-time Stock Associates in Phoenix to keep our shop floor looking its best and our customers reaching for what they came in for.

You will be unpacking new arrivals, refreshing displays, and keeping the store one step ahead of the next rush — right in the middle of the action with the sales team.

No retail experience? No problem. Full paid training from day one.

The Day-to-Day

• Receiving new deliveries and getting stock onto the shop floor quickly
• Replenishing shelves, rails, and displays so the store always looks its best
• Keeping the stockroom tidy, organised, and easy to work from
• Carrying out stock counts and flagging low or missing items
• Supporting the sales team during busy periods and helping customers when needed
• Preparing product for promotions, launches, and seasonal changes
• Working closely with your team to hit daily targets

The Right Fit

• Energetic, hands-on, and happy on your feet all day
• Organised with a good eye for detail
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done
• Comfortable lifting and moving stock throughout your shift
• A team player who can also crack on independently
• Friendly and approachable when customers need a hand
• Previous experience as a Stock Associate, Retail Assistant, or Sales Floor Associate is a plus but not required
