Stock Associate

We are hiring a full-time Stock Associate to join our customer-facing sales team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Despite the Stock Associate title, this is a face-to-face sales and customer service position — there is no warehouse or stockroom work involved. If you are confident, personable, and enjoy speaking with people, this is a great opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a supportive environment, with your evenings and weekends free.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is welcome but not essential. Skills from retail, hospitality, reception, customer service, or other people-focused roles transfer well into a Stock Associate position, and full paid training is provided to help you become confident with our products, customers, and sales process.

The Day-to-Day

• Engaging with customers face-to-face and providing friendly, professional service
• Introducing customers to products, services, and current offers
• Answering questions and helping customers find the right solutions
• Building positive customer relationships through genuine conversations
• Supporting face-to-face sales and promotional activities
• Representing the company professionally in customer-facing environments
• Learning product information and communicating key features and benefits
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Supporting the wider sales team with daily customer-facing activities
