Stock Associate

We're looking for a motivated Stock Associate to join our Montgomery, AL team. While the position is titled Stock Associate, this is primarily a customer-facing sales role. You'll spend most of your time interacting with customers, learning about their needs, recommending products, and helping drive sales.

What You'll Do

• Speak with customers face-to-face and provide friendly, professional service
• Learn about customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available options
• Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming experience
• Support sales goals through product recommendations and upselling
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
• Answer questions and help resolve routine customer concerns
• Help set up and maintain product displays
• Restock and organize merchandise when needed
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Work closely with the sales team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings

What Your Typical Day Looks Like

Most of your shift will be spent on the sales floor interacting directly with customers. You'll approach customers, learn what they're looking for, explain available options, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Some stocking and merchandising work is included, but this is not a warehouse-based position. The main focus is customer interaction, sales, and creating a positive in-store experience.

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Weekend availability is required, with schedules posted in advance. Additional hours may be available during busy periods.
