Stock Associate

We're looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Stock Associates in Dallas, Texas. Although the position is titled Stock Associate, this role is primarily focused on face-to-face sales, customer engagement, and delivering a strong retail experience.

This is not a warehouse or traditional stocking position. You'll work directly with customers on the sales floor, helping them understand products, answering questions, recommending solutions, and supporting sales goals.

About the Role

As a Stock Associate, you'll interact with customers throughout the day while supporting sales activities and maintaining a professional sales environment. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and individuals interested in retail sales and customer service. Paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Promote featured products, special offers, and sales campaigns.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Sales Floor Support

• Maintain attractive and customer-ready product displays.
• Assist customers in locating products and understanding available options.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales activities.
• Keep the sales environment clean, organized, and professional.
• Help create an engaging shopping experience that supports customer satisfaction and sales.

Team & Sales Support

• Work with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Communicate customer feedback and product needs to management.
• Follow company sales procedures, policies, and customer service standards.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace.
