Stock Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Stock Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. While the position is called Stock Associate, the role is mainly focused on face-to-face sales and customer service.

Most of your time will be spent on the sales floor speaking with customers, understanding what they need, recommending products, and helping the team reach its sales goals. You’ll also assist with restocking and keeping merchandise organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Approach customers and learn about their needs
• Recommend products based on customer preferences
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available options
• Help customers compare products and make purchasing decisions
• Support sales goals through product recommendations and upselling
• Answer customer questions and assist with routine concerns
• Maintain organized product displays and merchandise
• Restock products when needed
• Assist with basic merchandising and promotional displays
• Keep the sales floor clean and customer-ready
• Work with the sales team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in product training, sales coaching, and team meetings

What Your Day Looks Like

Most of your shift will be spent interacting with customers on the sales floor. You’ll help customers find what they need, explain their options, and recommend products that fit their needs.

There is some stocking and merchandising work involved, but this is not a warehouse job. The main focus is customer interaction, retail sales, and providing a positive shopping experience.

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Full-time opportunities are available. Weekend availability is required, and schedules are posted in advance. Additional hours may be available during busy periods and holidays.

Previous experience as a Stock Associate, Stocker, Sales Associate, Retail Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Customer Service Associate, Brand Ambassador, or Sales Representative is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
