Stock Associate

We're hiring a Stock Associate to join the team at our busy Charlotte store. Our stockroom is the engine room of the business — deliveries in, product prepped, floor replenished, repeat. When it runs well, the whole store runs well. We're looking for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping things moving and organised. Truck days are Tuesday and Friday, and everything else builds around them.

The work

• Unload deliveries and check against the manifest
• Ticket, sort, and prep product for the floor
• Replenish sizes and fixtures during trading hours
• Handle returns, damages, and transfers between stores
• Support the sales floor team when it gets busy
• Keep the stockroom and dock clean and organised

You'll be on your feet, up ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Real physical work.

Dependable, punctual, and happy to move. You take pride in a tidy stockroom and a well-stocked floor. No previous experience needed — we'll train you on our systems and processes.
