Stock Associate

This role is more than stocking shelves. You’ll help create a smooth, welcoming shopping experience by keeping merchandise fresh, organized, and easy to find and by jumping in whenever a customer needs a hand.

What your day could look like

One minute, you’re refreshing a display. The next, you’re helping a customer find exactly what they need. No two shifts feel quite the same.

You’ll:

• Welcome customers and offer friendly help
• Help shoppers find products and merchandise
• Answer basic questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Receive, unpack, sort, and move new merchandise
• Replenish shelves and displays throughout the day
• Keep products neat, organized, and easy to shop
• Spot low or missing stock before it becomes a problem
• Return misplaced items to their proper homes
• Keep customer areas clean, polished, and ready to go
• Help with inventory checks
• Support checkout and other store areas during busy times

You’ll be out on the floor, not hidden in the stockroom

Customers are an important part of this role. You’ll work around shoppers throughout your shift, so a warm, helpful attitude goes a long way.

You don’t need to know every product from day one, we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone who will stop, listen, help out, and find the right person when they need backup.

Retail experience is helpful, but it’s not required. If you’ve worked in customer service, grocery, hospitality, restaurants, stocking, retail, or another people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay, perks, and growth

This full-time role pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour and includes paid training.
