Duties

• Stock shelves, organize backroom storage, and maintain clean and orderly work areas to optimize product accessibility and safety
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and replenishing stock on the sales floor to enhance product presentation
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following proper lifting practices and safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks
• Collaborate with team members across departments using effective communication skills to meet operational goals and improve customer service

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of retail store operations, product knowledge, merchandising, and shipping & receiving processes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling standards
• Excellent communication skills paired with organizational abilities to coordinate tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for inventory counting, pricing adjustments, and transaction accuracy
• Previous retail store experience or warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $23.91 - $28.78 per hour
