Stock Associate

Want a job where you can stay active, see your progress every shift, and help a busy store stay on top of things? Our Montgomery team has a full-time Stock Associate opening for someone who likes practical work and takes pride in getting the details right.

The quick picture

• Work across the stockroom and sales floor.
• Learn the store’s products, layout, and inventory system.
• Spend your shift moving between different tasks and teammates.
• Help keep products available and easy to find for customers.

What you’ll take care of

• Match arriving products to delivery paperwork and report anything missing.
• Scan items and record stock movements accurately.
• Put products in their assigned stockroom locations.
• Check which shelves need attention and bring out the right items.
• Make sure labels and product information are in place.
• Set aside damaged items and follow the store’s process for reporting them.
• Help count selected products and investigate differences with your supervisor.
• Answer simple questions about where items are located.
• Keep walkways, storage areas, and work equipment tidy and safe.

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

• Like having a clear list of tasks and taking ownership of it.
• Notice small mistakes before they become bigger problems.
• Communicate well when a teammate needs an item or an update.
• Are comfortable being on your feet for much of the day.
• Can switch priorities when a delivery arrives or a shelf needs restocking.

You don’t need previous stockroom experience to apply. We’ll show you how the store works; you bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in.
