Stock Associate

Our Waukesha store is looking for a Stock Associate to join the team full-time. We’re after someone dependable who likes practical work, stays organised and doesn’t mind a shift that keeps them moving.

It’s a straightforward retail position with regular deliveries, a busy shop floor and a stockroom that needs to stay organised. Previous experience is useful, but it isn’t essential — we’re happy to train someone who is new to retail.

The basics

Full-time, around 35–40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance. The rota can include mornings, afternoons and weekends, with some earlier starts when deliveries are due.

Where you’ll spend your time

• Unpacking and checking incoming deliveries
• Sorting and putting away new stock
• Replenishing products on the sales floor
• Keeping shelves and displays properly stocked
• Organising the stockroom so products are easy to find
• Helping with inventory and stock counts
• Checking for damaged or missing items
• Keeping delivery and storage areas clear and safe

You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift and should be comfortable lifting and moving boxes safely.

New to stock work?

That’s fine. Experience as a Stock Associate, Stocker, Retail Associate or Inventory Associate is helpful, but we’re equally interested in people who are reliable, willing to learn and comfortable working as part of a store team.
