Stock Associate

Our Montgomery store is adding another Stock Associate to the team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the move and likes the satisfaction of leaving a stockroom organised and the shop floor ready for customers.

This is a full-time, in-person retail position. You’ll work around 35–40 hours each week, with your schedule provided in advance. Shifts can include weekdays and weekends, with earlier starts on some delivery days.

This could suit you if...

• You’re naturally quite organised and notice when something is out of place.
• You don’t mind getting stuck into a large delivery when it arrives.
• You work well around other people but don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next.

And most importantly, you’re reliable.

So, what will you actually be doing?

• Receiving and unpacking store deliveries
• Checking quantities and product condition
• Putting new stock in the correct locations
• Replenishing the sales floor throughout the day
• Organising back-stock and storage areas
• Helping with inventory counts
• Reporting damaged or missing merchandise
• Keeping stock areas safe and clear

The position involves regular standing, walking, bending and safely lifting or moving merchandise.

New to retail? That’s okay.

Previous Stock Associate, Stocker, Retail Associate or Inventory Associate experience is welcome, but it isn’t a requirement. We provide training and will show you how our deliveries, inventory and stockroom processes work.
