Stock Associate

This role is mainly about keeping products, supplies, and inventory organized. We have stock moving through different parts of the business each day, and we need a Stock Associate to make sure items are received, checked, recorded, and kept in the right place.

The work is fairly structured, so it would suit someone who likes staying organized, enjoys a hands-on role, and notices when something doesn’t look right. You’ll also work with the wider team to keep inventory information accurate and make sure day-to-day operations stay on track.

Day to Day

• Receive incoming products and supplies and check deliveries for accuracy
• Unpack, sort, label, and organize incoming stock
• Move products and supplies to the appropriate storage areas
• Replenish frequently used items and monitor stock levels
• Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Check items for visible damage, missing labels, or incorrect quantities
• Record inventory movements using company systems
• Prepare products and supplies for internal distribution
• Keep storage and stock areas organized and easy to navigate
• Work with team members to locate and track inventory
• Follow established procedures for handling and storing products
• Complete routine operational tasks as needed

What’s Important

You’ll need good organizational skills, basic computer confidence, and attention to detail. Accuracy is important when checking deliveries, recording inventory, and keeping stock information up to date.

Previous stock, retail, inventory, warehouse, customer service, or operations experience is useful, although training on our systems and procedures will be provided.

We’re looking for someone who can stay organized throughout the day, follow instructions carefully, work well with others, and handle physical tasks associated with moving and organizing stock safely.

Monday to Friday
8:30am–5:00pm
Full-time, permanent
Office-based in Lemon Grove, CA 91945
