Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices
• Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and update stock records in real-time
• Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently, ensuring products are organized and accessible for customers and staff
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, including warehouse floors and backroom spaces
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks to support seamless logistics operations
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards and promotional displays
• Use communication skills to coordinate with team members on stock levels, product placement, and replenishment needs

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with inventory control systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within warehouse operations or retail settings
